Brittany Burns and Max Carow Named ESPN The Magazine/CoSIDA First Team Academic All-District

Brittany Burns (Watertown, N.Y.) and Max Carow (Fanwood, N.J.) of the Marist track and field teams were named ESPN The Magazine/CoSIDA First Team Academic All-District selections for track and field and cross country on Thursday. Burns and Carow are two of only five athletes from the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference to earn this award for track and field. By being named First Team All-District, both athletes are eligible for ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America honors. more
Carow Wins Pole Vault At MAAC Championships

Junior Max Carow (Fanwood, N.J.) of the Marist men's outdoor track and field team won the pole vault at the 2009 MAAC Championships on Sunday at Rider University, prevailing with a leap of 4.17 meters. As a team, the Red Foxes placed fourth with a total of 77 points. more
