2006: Added speed to the receiving core and special teams. Led the team in all-purpose yards with 708. Second on the team with 30 catches for 377 yards (12.5 avg.), and one touchdown. Also returned 17 kickoffs for 331 yards (19.5 avg).

2005: Served mainly on Marist's special teams, averaging 16.8 yards on kickoff returns.

2004: Made one catch for 17 yards...Averaged 6.3 yards per punt return and 14.7 yards on kickoff returns.

2003:Played in nine games, catching three passes for 50 yards.

GENERAL: Is the son of Elizabeth and James Frederick... Older brother Brian played for Central Connecticut State...Majors in Education at Marist.

PRIOR TO MARIST:Attended Orville H. Platt High School, whee he played four years of football, basketball and baseball... Was a two-time All-Conference selection in football... Was named All-State honorable mention by the New Haven Register
