Marist Football Has 29 Student-Athletes Named To PFL Academic Honor Roll

A total of 29 Marist football student-athletes were named to the Pioneer Football League Academic Honor Roll, the league announced on Friday. The academic honor roll consists of student-athletes who participated in football at member institutions during the fall semester and posted a 3.0 grade-point average or higher during the semester while enrolled full-time in accordance with NCAA rules. more

Marist senior linebacker Nick Andre (Rockville Centre, N.Y.) has been named a Football Championship Subdivision Honorable Mention All-American by College Sporting News. A two-year captain, Andre led the Red Foxes with 95 tackles, 16 tackles for losses and three-and-a-half sacks. more
