Boston, Mass---The Marist College men's crew team competed at the Head of the Charles Regatta this past weekend. This was the Red Foxes' first test, in the well-known fall rowing event, showcasing national crew powers, such as the United States and German National rowing teams.

The men's varsity eight placed 28th out of 40 teams, defeating Rutgers, University of Virginia, Columbia, Colgate, George Washington, Trinity College, St. Joseph's and the University of New Hampshire. The Red Foxes crossed in a time of 15:25.809.

The Red Foxes will next compete on Saturday, October 27th, at the Head of Schuylkill, in Philadelphia, PA.
